The Audience Development Manager is a key member of the Festival team, and will take the lead on MAF’s audience development strategy, to develop, diversify and grow our audience through creative and engaging programming and year-round engagement.
Our ideal candidate will be creative, organised, highly personable, enthusiastic and confident in working collaboratively with participants, communities and partner organisations. The role is project and people management focused with some workshop facilitation responsibilities. Crucially you will have a strong understanding of the needs and interests of local communities and best practice in arts engagement. You will share our commitment to excellence, diversity and inclusion in the arts as well as ensuring that the Festival is delivered to the highest quality.
