Pauline is the EDI Manager at Aardman, ensuring that company policies and day-to-day operations are as inclusive as possible. She leads the ED&I Taskforce, oversees the ED&I Charter and organises internal and public-facing events.

Paul Brown

Paul Brown is the founder and Managing Director at Flycheese Studio, an inclusive stop-motion animation studio that works primarily with not-for-profits and social impact organisations. Drawing on his background in animation and support work, Paul created a training studio where neurodiverse students learn by doing, often contributing directly to professional commissioned projects. Flycheese runs accredited courses, delivers workshops across the UK, and hosts an annual VIP student showcase at The Light Cinema. The studio recently partnered with Aardman to further its mission of making animation accessible, creative, and life-changing.

Wallace Fennessy

Wallace Fennessy is the Studio Manager at Flycheese Studio, bringing a strong background in creative arts therapy and individual support. Passionate about helping people develop through animation and art, she specialises in creating safe, inclusive spaces where students can thrive, grow, and develop both personally and creatively. Wallace ensures every workshop and project nurtures confidence, collaboration, and artistic expression—whether in 1:1 support or group settings.
