Sarah Legg-Barrett

Sarah Legg-Barratt worked as a Producer/Programme Executive for CBeebies animation for over a decade, a role which saw her oversee many of the channel’s best-loved, award-winning shows from page to screen, including Peter Rabbit, Pablo, Messy Goes to OKIDO, Tinpo, Bing, Clangers, School of Roars and Olobob Top, and many more.
After 17 years at the BBC, Sarah founded Neon Soul Media in 2021, offering consultancy specialising in IP development across preschool children’s animation and script editing services, alongside developing IP of her own.
