Croatian Animation: Studio Talk: Bonobostudio

A major part of the rich and vibrant short film landscape in Croatia, we are delighted to welcome Bonobostudio to MAF 2023 to present a look behind the scenes at their studio. Founded in 2008 the studio has been responsible for some of the most awarded films to come out of the country and has worked with some of the short films world’s most respected directors.

Join film director and studio representative Kata Gugić to discover how Croatian animation is produced, distributed and celebrated at Bonobostudio and take a peek behind the curtain at some of the studios biggest films as we celebrate Croatia at MAF 2023.

Kata Gugić is based in Zagreb where she works as a director and animator and is president of ASIFA Croatia.
