Katherine Roberts

Katherine is a CG Supervisor with over 20 years experience in the visual effects industry. She joined Industrial Light & Magic’s London studio in 2021 as CG Supervisor on the Netflix animated feature, Ultraman:Rising.
Prior to joining ILM Katherine enjoyed a 19 year tenure at DNEG. Starting as a 3D generalist, she progressed through lead and supervisor roles, gaining credits on films such as Batman Begins, Iron Man 2, Hellboy 2: The Golden Army and John Carter of Mars. Taking a step out of production, she then spent 7 years as Head of Pipeline, building and managing the pipeline department across multiple sites, as well as working closely with projects across the Visual Effects, Television and Feature Animation divisions.
Passionate about Feature Animation and with a leaning towards all things pipeline and workflow, she is currently helping to develop ILM’s next slate of Feature Animation projects.
