Esmat is the co-founder and CEO of 8 Lions, a company dedicated to creating content for kids and teens. Prior to this she was Chief Revenue Officer at Amuse Animation & Amuse Studios and previously held senior roles at Moonbug, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, and NBCUniversal.

Jon Mason

Jon is a creative producer and founder of Digital Studio Jollywise. The company is currently working on a number of large interactive game projects on the Roblox platform for preschool and educational brands as well as more traditional browser and app based initiatives. He is also the creator and exec producer of Stan & Gran a new “Original” preschool show coming to Milkshake in 2025.

Jo Redfern

Jo Redfern is a Senior Exec in content and platform strategy for IP owners and rights holders aiming to engage young people across digital platforms - Social Gaming (Roblox), YouTube, TikTok and broadcast. She has worked on Peppa Pig, also at Disney Junior, WWE and BBC Children’s.

Her experience is mainly in brand positioning, world-building & strategic opportunities for IP to scale in the transmedia age - leveraging different platforms, narratives, communities, and emerging tech. She is a co-host of the Kids Media Club podcast where she shares insights on trends in youth media and she is also Exec Producer of Cozmo & Friends, a YouTube-first series and Roblox experience both of which launched in 2022.
