Lucy Pryke
Lucy recently re-joined the BBC Children’s Commissioning Team as Commissioning Executive following a six year break. She has extensive editorial skills gained at Production Companies and TV Broadcast platforms with a focus on developing and producing animation for children.
Most recently Lucy worked for Gigglebug Entertainment (Finland) as Creative Producer on The Unstoppable Yellow Yeti animated series for Disney + and Nordic broadcasters. Prior to that, Lucy worked in Disney’s EMEA animation team for three years on 101 Dalmatian Street and Sadie Sparks (Cybergroup Studios/Brown Bag Films) as well as seeing several projects through development.
Other BBC credits include Scream Street (Coolabi/Factory TM), Bottersnikes & Gumbles (Cheeky Little Media/Mighty Nice/Cake Entertainment) and Shaun the Sheep (Aardman). At the start of her career, Lucy spent several years at Discovery Networks Europe heading up programming for Discovery Kids in the UK.
