Leanne Loughran
In her role for Industrial Light & Magic, Leanne leads the London recruitment team in finding exceptional VFX talent for Film, Episodic TV and Virtual Production (Stagecraft). Partnering with ILM and Disney global leadership, she delivers strategic team projects assisting in the hiring of new talent for Visual Effects work.
Having worked in the VFX, Animation and Architecture industry for 16+ years as both a 3D artist and Recruiter, Leanne bridges her design background and recruiting experience to source global VFX talent for high end Film and TV. With a foundation of fine art and design, she has the tools and knowledge to be able to spot talent at all stages of individual career progression. Understanding the artists and connecting candidates to the right roles is her passion – to do that for ILM is a dream force!
She is inspired and influenced by the artistry and cinematography principles used across the industry.
