Eimhin McNamara
Eimhin McNamara is an Irish animator, illustrator, and educator. He supervised animation and was technical director on Carol Freeman’s oil-paint-on-glass short film The Bird & the Whale, as well as Pádraig Fagan’s cut-out period horror film An Gadhar Dubh, both utilising multiplane cameras units he designed and built. Alongside commercial and educational work Eimhin has created stopmotion pieces for Netflix and Adult swim and most recently supervising the experimental Wolfvision sequences for Tomm Moore & Ross Stewart’s Wolfwalkers. He is currently developing TV series and feature film projects with Matchbox Mountain.
