Anna Eijsbouts is an award winning Dutch animation director of slightly odd short animated films, a programmer for Kaboom Animation Festival and a lecturer. She works with puppets, paper, cellophane and light and loves the endless possibilities tangible materials bring.

Her works vary from small but detailed character studies in the peculiarly personal genre to films she hopes will somehow change the world. She fills the time she isn’t working on personal projects with whatever commercial work might actually capture her interest, with travels, and with many an hour on the dance floor.
