Jamie Badminton

Jamie Badminton is a BAFTA and Emmy-winning Animation Producer. He co-founded Karrot and is Creative Director of their London-based Animation Studio and IP Creation House. Jamie produced Karrot’s flagship in-house series ‘Sarah & Duck’ (120 episodes and 3 Seasons) for CBeebies and BBC Studios.

Tim O’Sullivan

Tim is a BAFTA winning director, who co-created Sarah & Duck, working as both series director and writer on series 1 to 3. He is now head of writing and development at Karrot, most recently helping to bring Tish Tash to CBeebies, and continues to lead development and pitching for Karrot's new pre-school slate.
