Jen Bradfield

Jen Bradfield is a BFI Talent Development Exec – responsible for discovering, developing and funding emerging writers, directors and producers in the North of England. She selects, develops and Exec produces projects for BFI NETWORK Short Film Fund and Early Development Feature Fund.

Over the last 15 years Jen has worked across short and feature film development, television development and digital innovation. Jen was previously Talent Manager at regional screen agency North East Screen working across scripted and factual funding for film and television and prior to that she Project Managed BBC and Arts Council programme New Creatives through which she commissioned and managed the production of 30 short films, 60 audio and 2 interactive projects for BBC platforms.
